    As an intern, you’ll get to work with top experts in surveying, engineering, and business administration, while getting practical experience working on realworld projects. We perform high-level work at a fast pace, with office environments that offer numerous perks to help ensure you will have a fun and fulfilling work experience. SAM will provide a competitive wage for the duration of your internship. You will work 40 hours a week and your mentor will ensure you receive all that you can from this elite and exclusive experience!
    Internships will be available in the following locations: 
    Austin, Houston and Dallas - Texas
    Denver - Colorado
    Columbus - Ohio
    St. Louis - Missouri
    Atlanta - Georgia
     Niceville, Orlando, and Tallahassee - Florida
    The internship will begin on May 20, 2019 and end on August 2,2019.



    Duties & Responsibilities

    You will work in an area pertinent to your degree and learn about surveying, mapping, or business-related processes from start to finish.Y ou’ll use the latest technologies to perform tasks for business operations, data collection and processing, and/or production drawings on projects, such as, boundary surveys,digital aerial mapping,or LiDAR laser scanning, and more. Technical positions also get experience using AutoCAD or other computer-aided drafting software,while working side-by-side with leading experts.


    Required Experience - Education and Skills

    • Enrollment in a 2 or 4-year degree program in Engineering, Surveying, Geography, GIS, or Business related field
    • Desire and willingness to learn more about our industry and its technology
    • Strong math and computer skills
    • Excellent communication skills
