The individual we seek to join our Help Desk team is a dedicated problem solver who can prioritize and multitask in a constantly evolving and demanding environment.  The ideal candidate is self-driven, customer-focused and takes ownership in his/her work with a positive attitude. 

Duties & Responsibilities

This entry-level position will include the following duties:

  • Provide phone, remote and onsite technical support for applications, computers, printers, and phones to vendors, customers and users as necessary.
  • Install and troubleshoot the following:
    • Printers, plotters, copiers and scanners
    • Cellular phones (iphone, android)
    • Desktops, Laptops and tablet computers
    • Network connectivity
    • Projectors and other audio/video equipment
  • Basic training\walk through customers Windows and Office functions
  • Create and maintain technical and user documentation
  • Cover after hours on call tickets and triage escalated to support teams
  • Other duties as assigned 


Required Experience - Education and Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs
  • Must be reliable, coachable, adaptable and honest
  • Motivated and results-oriented with an ability to respond quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working on a help desk team in a multi-office environment is preferred but not required for this position
  • Experience with any or all of the following technologies is preferred:

o   Windows Desktop Operating System

o   Microsoft Office and various other applications

o   Cellular provisioning, user provisioning and deprovisioning processes

o   VOIP systems

o   Network connectivity

o   Printers, plotters, copiers and scanners

o   Projectors and other audio/video equipment

o   Understanding of computer imaging
