Our growing and fast-paced professional firm is seeking a high energy, multi-tasking Administrative Assistant to join our team in Columbus, OH

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receptionist duties – answering phone and greeting visitors
  • Ordering and stocking office supplies, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and handling general vendor management services
  • Assist with all administrative duties including filing, copying, data entry, and spreadsheet updating
  • Provide writing and editing support for a variety of business communications including proposals, qualifications and other writing projects
  • Manage vendor relationships for the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
  • Processing of weekly time sheets and new hire paperwork
  • Assist in organization and planning of office client visits and other events
  • Securing domestic travel arrangements, including air, hotel, car rental, etc.

Required Experience - Education and Skills

  • 2 year college degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of office administrative experience
  • Advanced level proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher
  • Ability to multi-task and meet challenging deadlines
  • Self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Longevity in prior employment desirable
  • Superior communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
